An identical copy goes to the entertainer.
The entertainer will ring you a few days in advance of the event, and then arrive 30 minutes before the official start time.
Cash payment is made on the day, thank you, no deposit required.

Booking Terms and Conditions
The letter or email confirming a booking represents a definite booking. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us if they wish to cancel the booking.
Should the customer wish to cancel, a charge may be incurred as follows:-
Cancellation more than 7 days before the performance date No charge
Cancellation within 4 to 7 days of the performance date 50% of fee
Cancellation within 3 days or less days of performance date 100% of fee

Should an entertainer not be able to perform, for instance, in the case of sudden illness, etc, (force majeur) every effort will be made to find a replacement entertainer. In such extremely rare cases, it may not be possible to find a replacement.
Should the customer be forced to cancel a booking due to some unforeseen event, (force majeur)cancellation fees may be waived.
Content: The individual entertainer reserves the right to change the content or the equipment used at a party according to venue size, numbers of children involved and general health & safety requirements.
Bouncy Castle: If there is a bouncy castle, it is to be switched off whilst the entertainer is performing. She/he will not in any way supervise children on inflatables, garden toys or swings.
Limits on Numbers: It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the entertainer in advance of the event of the number of children attending the party.
The fee quoted is for private birthday parties/celebrations parties of up to 30 children.
An additional £10 is required for a party of up to 40 children
For parties of more than 40 children - an assistant will be provided at the entertainer's discretion at the additional fee of £25. Sibling and toddlers are included in these calculations, in accordance with our health and safety requirements.
Unpaid Fees: In the event of the fee not being paid on the day of the party a late payment fee of £5 will be charged.
Sweets and other prizes: The entertainer may give sweets as prizes. For the avoidance of doubt the customer must inform the entertainer prior to the party commencing of any allergy conditions and religious dietary requirements.
All toy gifts carry the CE-mark. Balloons are given solely at the entertainer's discretion and will not be given directly to children under 36 months.
Items not provided: The fee does not cover the provision of the birthday cake, party food and/or party bags.
Public Liability & Risk Assessment: Each entertainer has public liability insurance through membership of the performers' trade union Equity. Evidence of this can be provided on request. Generic risk assessment has been undertaken. A copy is available on request. Pat Testing: Each item of electrical equipment is PAT-tested annually, copy of the certificate available on request.
Criminal Records Bureau: The entertainer has a CRB Enhanced Clearance certificate, available on request.
Third party canvassing: Please do not embarrass the entertainer by canvassing for further parties,approaches should be made only to the agent Henrietta Rabbit.
Each entertainer signs an agreement with the agency to uphold the standards of professionalism that are expected, covering good manners, punctuality, behaviour that does not frighten or offend young audiences, upkeep of magic, musical and electrical equipment to a high professional standard.
Each entertainer has his/her shows reviewed annually to ensure standards are maintained.
Feedback from customers is most welcome and valuable.
